Wonderful and fairly clean hotel. Fast and polite staff, extensive breakfast on the warming plates. Marvellous and fab location, easy walk to everywhere. Not very far from a historic church and other tourist attractions. Very quick check-in and amazing customer service. Bottled water in the reception.

Breakfast was expellant, perfect location, all other hotel facilities are just what you hope for,

the only disadvantages’ was the sound of the street and air-condition was not started until end of May.

Friendliness of staff especially at breakfast in the morning as well as room cleaning. Interior design of the renovated rooms. view over the piazza and quietness in the roomonce windows were closed.

My daughter and I did not like the fact that one could walk in and out of the hotel without being noticed or greeted for that matter. Staff at reception did not show any signs of acknowledgement. It is very impersonal and makes you think that we could have stayed anywhere else.

Hotel is centraly located, the room (the new ones) was good and with good insonorization, and the breakfast was excellent

The hall areas should be renovated.

This venue is a great choice for celebrating a birthday, and the staff at the reception desk are very friendly and welcoming.

Modern rooms, prefect location, good service, perfect breakfast with incredibly rich choice, decent price. Excellent value for money!

Some elements in the non-renovated rooms are a bit shabby. The garage is too expensive. No Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The best of our stay at the hotel was breakfast, but the hotel has rooms that have been renewed and we were in one of the old rooms with the same prices of the new onesand it had not the comfort required and the bathrooms was not suitable.

Some persons of the staff were not kind at all.

The hotel room is beautifully decorated and fully-equipped, with a comfortable bed, separate bathroom, and fantastic urban views, hosted by wonderfully helpful staff.

Very nice and clean hotel located near the centre. Nice one to stay if you want a quick city visit.

The information available on the Internet says that the hotel has it's own garage. But the garage is not the part of the hotel. I was concerned about the security of my car, I had to give the keys to the guys working there, and I had no idea if I will find the car there when I come to pick it up. The price of 40 Euros per day for the garage is to high.

The room was really nice and the breakfast was perfect and rich.

I would like to have lunch or dinner in a more suitable price.

The hotel is ideal and gorgeous, with a main bar. Our room in the junior suite was reasonably spacious and soundproof. We appreciated having access to wake-up service.

the location was great, and we got two newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor which was nice. The breakfast included in the room rate was good, and the spread for aperitifo was acceptable in the evening

the bathroom in one of the rooms had an issue with heating, it was too cold

Old furniture, deteriorated ,no duvet, cold. The garage Working together with hotel is a rip-off. Approx. 18hrs was 35 euro
